We usually reply within 1–2 hours with availability and pricing for your dates. We always try to offer great rates for direct bookings.

A 50% pre-payment is required to secure your direct booking.

While we do not offer free cancellation, we understand that plans change — we are flexible and happy to move your booking dates or transfer the reservation to someone else. Just get in touch and we will work it out together.

Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00.

If you need flexibility, let us know in advance and we will try to arrange it.

Absolutely. Each apartment comfortably sleeps 4 guests across two bedrooms. A sofa bed in the living room can occasionally accommodate up to 2 additional guests for an extra charge.

The garden is safe for children to play in, and the ground-floor apartments open directly onto the outdoor space.

Yes, free private on-site parking is included with every apartment.

We strongly recommend renting a car to explore the island at your own pace.

Yes, Villa Zoi is pet-friendly. Your pets are welcome to enjoy the villa and gardens with you. Please let us know in advance so we can prepare.

Note that any damages caused by pets remain the guest's responsibility.

Every apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, hood, fridge, oven, and all the utensils, pots, and pans you need.

There is also a washing machine in each apartment.

Villa Zoi is about a 28-minute drive from Zakynthos Airport and 26 minutes from the port.

We can help arrange a car rental or provide detailed driving directions before your arrival.

We highly recommend renting a car. Villa Zoi is set on the quiet hillside above Psarou beach, and having a car gives you the freedom to explore the island's best beaches, villages, and tavernas at your own pace.

The nearest beach is Psarou — a sandy, family-friendly beach with crystal-clear waters, just a 3-minute drive or 10-minute walk, with a cozy taverna right by the shore.

Alykes, another beautiful sandy beach, is about 15 minutes away, and in between you will find plenty of smaller beaches with stunning clear waters.
