About us

Among Olive Trees, Near Psarou Beach

Villa Zoi is a villa cared for by one family, surrounded by olive trees on the slopes near Psarou beach. Spacious apartments, each thoughtfully equipped for guests who appreciate comfort, privacy, and a genuine taste of island life.

Every apartment features two bedrooms with queen-size beds, a fully equipped kitchen, and a generous private veranda or balcony overlooking the garden and grove.

Absolutely stunning apartment and location

Absolutely stunning apartment and location. The views from the first floor balcony over the tree tops to the sea are breathtaking. The Greek mainland and the island of Kefalonia add to the backdrop. Taking in that view with your morning coffee is the perfect way to start the day. The apartment is very spacious and modern. Two spacious bedrooms with plenty of storage. A very comfortable lounge with TV and the kitchen is well equipped, tho we ate out every night as there is an abundance of quality restaurants a short drive away. The location is perfect. Far enough out of town if you want the peace and quiet but only a few minutes drive to the beaches, shops and restaurants. We are already planning on returning in 2026 and we can’t thank Artemis and his family enough for their warmth and hospitality.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Zoi, the apartment was well equipped with a new bathroom and two bedrooms. The seaside view from the terrace is breath taking. From the apartment all important places you can visit are nearby. The host Artemis was very kind and helped us to visit all the must see places.

Great accommodation for a relaxing trip

The house is located in a small town, a 15 minute walking trip to the nearest beach. The kitchen is equipped to have a meal and make a coffee. The bathroom was modern and also had a washing machine. In the courtyard you can park a car, there is a hammock, a grill and a sitting area.
